EfileAnytime charges a non-refundable service fee, as agreed upon during initial signup, for each document submitted through the EfileAnytime website. All other charges incurred are based on recording fees set forth by the Register of Deeds office. EfileAnytime accepts payments on behalf of the Register of Deeds office and in turn sends the final amount charged, minus any service fees charged by EfileAnytime, to the Register of Deeds office.

EfileAnytime does not issue refunds. If you have an issue with the amount charged, please contact the Register of Deeds office.
